Property is a cottage composed of two apartments of 150 square meters each, just renovated. The self catering apartment is the one at the ground floor so no steps must be done, while I live at the first floor apartment even if I am always out and more precisely in Venice where I work.
The apartment is very spacious and there is a fully equipped kitchen, a big living room with two sofa (one is also a double bed) ,fire place and a small studio with PC for the use of guests and WI FI internet access is available anywhere in the house.
A double room plus another room with a double bed is available and a big bathroom with shower .
The house is fully furnished and linens , towels are also included in the rental costs.

Washing machine and iron plus table is also avaible.
Living room : sofa , fireplace, 42 Plasma TV with satellite and DVD.
PC and internet connection plus WI FI internet access from any part of the house.
Bathroom : fully equipped with shower.
Wood floor is in any room of the house.
Air conditioning and central heating, wood available for the fire place.
Linens, towels are also provided.
Big garden with automatic gate, bike also available. |

The house is located 800 meters from Noale city centre. Noale is a strategic point of departure to visit the near cities of Venice, Treviso and Padua. There is a connection to Venice by train every 30 mins (it takes 30 mins) , a bus every 20 mins to Venice, Treviso and Padua and you may also reach by train Bassano del Grappa and Trento. Surrounded from the green of the vegetation and to few footsteps from the Villas of the Coast of the Brenta and from the Earth of the Tiepolo. Noale is a medioeval village rich in history, art and culture. Splendid the castle, the surrounded building, the entrance doors, the small cathedral and the medioeval buildings of the center. Thursday is the market day. Some events : Dec. 15th till Jan. 6th traditional concerts, christmas markets in the city center Jan.5th Falò in Piazza before the Epifania feast
During summer there is the acqua park for kids and adults with swimming pools, slides, acquagym courses etc...but also lot of concerts, art exhibition, etc...

Venice : Carnival 2009 from 13 to 24 February 2009 The Redentore Feast-day, it falls on the third Sunday in July New Year in St Marks square A vist to the islands of Murano & Burano is a must.
